Our seafood evening brings the Yarra Valley and the coast together at Vines. The menu will be a selection of fresh seafood and local produce served table buffet style and finished with a stunning dessert. Five course meal, bookings essential.

Join the Kelly family cidermakers by the fire for a beautiful meal featuring Kellybrook ciders. Chef Leanne Farrell (formely of The Spirit House, Yandina, Sunshine Coast) will prepare a five-course menu to enjoy with a selection of Kelly Brothers Apple and Pear Ciders and mulled cider for dessert. Communal tables will make for a very social event where you can get to know other cider lovers. Learn about Kellybrook ciders and their history as one of the cidermakers will spend some time at each table during the evening. Bookings essential.

Join the team at Seville Hill winery and learn the traditional method of creating both ravioli and tagliatelli. Participants will take home pasta to share with family and friends and will enjoy a glass of wine at lunch. Bookings essential.

Demystify the belief that 'great gear makes great photographs' and learn how to make your own cameras and prints at home from everyday items. Participants will build their own camera, create their own prints, and be inspired by Alternative Photographic techniques that they can explore of future photographic endeavours.

Healesville's Newest Dining Experience at Essenza! Held on the last Wednesday of every month. Includes 5-course regional Italian meal featuring all local produce from the Yarra Valley. Bookings essential.
