~ LOCAL HISTORY ~

Here is an early tourist map of the Healesville/Toolangi area from the 1920's.  It was included as part of the "Visitor's Guide to Healesville"  which briefly indicates the walks, drives and beauty spots within easy reach and 'a few remarks concerning each feature' were offered. Inside, an explanation of some of the many guest houses, hotels and motels was given and the businesses where numbered to correspond with their location on the map.
