Located in a key metropolitan activity centre, Bunjil Place is close to existing recreational facilities, strong transport links, appropriate parking and a retail hub. The name and striking architectural design of the facility were inspired by stories of Bunjil (also known as ‘Bundjil’) the ‘creator’, from our First Nation’s People. The iconic roof structure is designed to resemble the soaring eagles’ wings with the intricate timber gridshell in the foyer acting as the legs.
Bunjil Place has enriched and enlivened the City of Casey and become a destination for quality entertainment in Melbourne’s south east. The diverse range of spaces at the venue enables visitors to create their own experience through a wide variety of exciting and diverse entertainment and recreation activities. All in one beautiful precinct.
