Reopening seating dining on Friday 31 October plus takeaway Habituel coffee, breads, pastries , Gippsland Jersey milk, Cunliffe & Waters jams, Habituel organic sourdough breadcrumbs and organic flour. 

Earning a reputation for their organic sourdough is special because of ‘Leroy’, the levain, or starter. Leroy produces a loaf with that distinctive sourdough tang, and a crumb that is moist and keeps for longer, giving you a perfect excuse to take some bread home with you.

While you’re thinking about organic sourdough, let your mind wander to sweet. Habituel’s croissants are hand made using French butter, alongside traditional canales, Portuguese tarts, muffins and simple but beautiful fruit and chocolate tarts. Available daily until they run out.

Habituel is also pretty enamoured with coffee, which is why the roasting of free trade organic beans occurs upstairs at Habituel every week to ensure that the coffee made for you is outstanding. Strong, fruity and aromatic roasts, just the way they like. By air roasting in small batches, they achieve a very even roast with no charring. Retail coffee is also available to purchase.
