Grab your grub at the Hurstbridge Farmers Market (first Sunday of each month, except January) or a mouthwatering cake from a quaint local cafes. You can work it off with strolls at Fergusons Paddock and the bewitching Heritage Trail, or simply watch the gum-trees sway while enjoying another slice. Hurstbridge was the first town in Melbourne to go plastic carry bag free, so bring your own re-usable shopping bags. Hurstbridge is a little bush gem!
