Woori Yallock

Woori Yallock sits on the Warburton Highway and has a wonderfully mixed little town centre. The traditional butcher here is famous for it's local quality meats and has been family owned for over two generations. There is a wonderful costume shop and the Op-Shops are very well scoured. A great home brew specialist and a classic local pizza shop that reminds you of your childhood pizzas in the best possible way. Plus it's the home to a well regarded Community radio station Yarra Valley FM, when in the area you can tune in at 99.1.

The Warburton Trail passes through Woori Yallock so visitors and locals alike walk and cycle the track as it runs along the dismantled former railway line, over the river flats.

Woori Yallock is also fast becoming a highly desirable site for local high end producers of quality wine, such as Mac Forbes, due to the soil type and particular micro-climate in this area.
