The fermentation process takes place over three days, producing five different sourdough loaves daily; Country, Seeded, Fruit, Olive plus a 100% organic Spelt and Rye wholemeal. Baguettes, hot from the oven at 10.30am daily.
The sweet treat cabinet regularly changes, where you will find Canelé, chocolate hazelnut brownies to seasonal tarts baked fresh each day.
