Pretty cocktails that are fresh on the palate, easy on the eye, and a pleasure to drink. The blushing pinks of spring are a refreshing alternative at your next garden party. Plus, an outsider - Herbaceous and savoury the latest addition to the Four Pillars Distillery family, Olive Leaf Gin, is worth a few of your best moves too.

30ml Spiced Negroni Gin

20ml Fresh lime juice

15ml Grenadine 

 

Build all ingredients in glass tumbler.

Top with ginger beer.

Garnish with a mint sprig

45ml Bloody Shiraz Gin

60ml Fresh Granny Smith apple juice 

10ml Fresh lime juice

 

Build in Highball glass, over ice. 

Top with soda water.

Garnish with a lime wheel

Bloody Jasmine

20ml Bloody Shiraz Gin 

20ml Campari 

20ml Dry Curacao or Cointreau 

20ml Fresh lemon juice

1 Dash of orange bitters

 

Combine all ingredients in shaker, shake over ice.

Strain into chilled Coupette*.

Garnish with lemon rind twist

*The Coupette is a glass designed for drinks that include a small amount of juice or mixer as well as alcohol. It is slightly larger than a cocktail glass.

45ml Olive Leaf Gin

60ml Dirty tonic water*

Build in tumbler, over ice.

Garnish with range slices and 2 Sicilian olives

*Strange Love’s Dirty Tonic is ideal, however a good quality tonic water will also do.
