Dandenong Ranges Open Studios Exhibition (March 28 - May 6)

Now in its 15th year, the Dandenong Ranges Open Studios showcases 28 participating studios including emerging artists, collectives and individual artists. The annual Open Studios group exhibition is designed to produce a cohesive and diverse range of artwork to showcase the creative energy and skill of each artist.

The 2018 title, What Lies Beneath refers to the hidden, not yet revealed possibilities lurking below. It is the creative response to exploring the underbelly of the beast, digging into the unknown and allowing curiosity to lead the way. As artists, we are constantly revealing the potential of the blank canvas, the lump of clay or the empty room.

This exhibition asks you to see what lies beneath.

Please join the free exhibition launch on Wednesday 28 March or enjoy a visit to the Burrinja Gallery between 28 March and 6 May. Gallery hours 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, Tuesday to Sunday (closed public holidays except for Easter Saturday).
