With the tantalising aroma of expertly prepared herb and chilli concoctions wafting through the air, explore over 80 stalls selling sweet and savoury food and wine. Hot sauces, relishes and rubs by the dozen, you can taste the worlds hottest Dim Sims and treat yourself with some Hot Chilli Ice Cream. You’ll be able to take all your favourites home, with over 40 varieties of chillies and herbs for sale.
Nothing compares to a decadent cheese, and at you can learn to make your own bespoke in this interactive workshop hosted by Yarra Valley Cheese. Pair your creation with wine and nibbles as the Yarra Valley Dairy crew answer all your curdling questions. The team from Innocent Bystander will guide you through appropriate wine pairings, so you’ll always know what to serve next time you’re preparing a spread.

This event is a part of a collaborative series that brings together our friends at The Warehouse Bar & Larder, The Providore at Meletos, Winemaker Syd Bradford (Thick as Thieves) and guest Chef Hugh Davison from neighbouring Stones of the Yarra Valley. After you’ve tasted your first glass of wine and salumi, you’ll step into the private courtyard of The Warehouse where you will dine at a communal table with fellow foodies and fall in love over the exquisite local produce.

Celebrating premium local produce, Ezard at Levantine Hill will take you through a tasting of cheeses from the Yarra Valley Dairy, desserts by the famed Shannon Benet while master winemaker Paul Bridgeman pairs handcrafted wines to the whole experience. Enjoy this sensational culinary delight on the deck of Levantine Hill, a space designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects, the creators of Eureka Tower and MONA in Hobart.
Nothing echoes community quite like a relaxing Sunday lunch. Enjoy a 4-course Italian inspired meal prepared by Adam Mead at the De Bortoli Wine estate. Matched with an exciting selection of wines from De Bortoli, you can expect a stunning pairing of flavours, straight from the heart of the iconic De Bortoli community.
Take five is a collaborative effort showcasing produce by Rob Dolan Wines, The Farm, The Public Brewery, Stone and Crow Cheese company. This five-course lunch is a true celebration of the best of the Yarra Valley, with each course is designed by a different chef from the Public Group.
