Our Taste of Canned Summer drinks pack is your perfect party companion. But if you want to mix it up a bit, here are some ‘sun’sational cocktail recipes to level up the summer vibes.

UNICORN SMASH 

45ml dry gin (or vodka)

15ml Campari

15ml honey

22ml fresh lemon juice

15ml fresh orange juice

1 muddled strawberry

Ice

Helen & Joeys Unicorn Fizz Sparkling rosé

Orange slice, for garnish

Add the gin, Campari, honey, lemon juice, orange juice and strawberry to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into a glass over fresh ice and top with Unicorn Fizz sparkling rosé. Garnish with the orange slice and serve.


PINK UNICORN MIMOSA

100ml Helen & Joeys Unicorn Fizz Rosé

30ml Blood orange juice

30ml Orange juice

Strawberry garnish 


NANNA’S RUIN

IB nannas ruin

You’ll love this one almost as much as Nanna will

150ml IB Moscato

30ml  Gin (we prefer Four Pillars Gin)

15ml Apricot liqueur

Pour over ice in short glasses, top with IB Moscato, stir & finish with a little fresh basil.


RASPBERRY MOSCATO SANGRIA

Prepare in a jug

750ml IB Moscato, 75ml Lemon juice

125ml Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur or orange liqueur of choice

Add fresh blackberries, raspberries, blueberries & stir well then chill in the fridge

Before serving, stir in 250ml of lemon-lime soda or soda water & serve in low-ball glasses over ice.


MOSCATO GRANITA

This frosty delight is a big hit at IB HQ in Healesville

550ml IB Moscato

50ml Simple sugar syrup

Pour Moscato and sugar syrup into a shallow, baking tray or two and place in freezer

Once frozen, mash it up well with a fork or whack it into a blender and give it a quick pulse

Transfer into 4 chilled glasses.

Garnish with strawberries & fresh mint.


MOSCATO SUMMER CUP

This refreshing summer sipper also looks great when made in a jug

150ml IB Moscato

15ml Pimms No.1 Cup

Dash of Angostura Bitters

Half fill a tall glass with ice & top with fresh berries, orange, lemon & fresh mint

Add Pimms, Bitters, IB Moscato & stir.


MOSCATO MOSQUITO

90ml IB Moscato

45ml Manzanilla sherry

45ml Gin (we prefer Four Pillars Gin)

Pour into glasses then garnish with crushed fresh basil leaves & serve over ice.


BERRY BOMBSHELL

90ml IB Moscato

45ml Raspberry puree:

1 Cup fresh or frozen raspberries, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 1/4 cup water bought to a gentle boil until the sugar dissolves

Add a dollop of fruit sorbet

Pour into pre chilled cocktail glasses, gently stir and garnish with fresh raspberries, mint leaves & serve over crushed ice.
