Blue Lotus Water Garden

A world class "seasonal" display garden of over 50,000 square metres in size, famous for its thousands of lotus flowers, waterlilies and Australia's biggest waterlily, the Giant Amazon Lily.

The garden has been developed in a "tropical theme" resembling an exotic Asia paradise, right in the heart of the Yarra Valley. It features more than 40 ponds, lagoons and lakes all covered in thousands of floral blooms. Spectacular sculpture fountains protrude from the lakes intensifying the visual display. Towering banana trees and reed covered huts line the shores of the waterways, offering shade on those warm summer days. Mass plantings of perennial flowers transform the garden into a sea of colour. Many visitors spend the day enjoying the wonderful vistas, we recommend that you allow a minimum of 1 hour to explore the gardens.
