Our passionate team at the highly acclaimed Immerse restaurant combine locally farmed produce with seasonal fare, to create a truly wonderful dining experience. With lofty ceilings, exposed stonework and warm timbers, the restaurant exudes the rustic country feel of the Yarra Valley. Kick back on the weekends and enjoy our A La Carte lunch service while gazing out onto the stunning vineyard and gardens. The Immerse restaurant is celebrated in The Age Good Food Guide annually. We are open every Saturday and Sunday for lunch and free wine tastings.

Or kick back and relax with a long lazy lunch in our award winning restaurant overlooking glorious gardens and vineyard. We are open every Saturday and Sunday for lunch and free wine tastings.
