Find Your Self on a trail.

The majestic Dandenong Ranges and the stunning Yarra Valley offers walkers, hikers and riders beautifully scenic trails just an hour out from Melbourne. Explore towering forests, mystical glades, mountain top views and wildlife galore on well marked tracks. From wheelchair friendly to extreme trails - and everything in between - there is sure to be a trail just for you.

This map is an introduction to the various tracks, both long and short, easy walking or more challenging, that are in and around the Yarra Valley and Dandenong Ranges. Bushwalkers, cyclists and horse riders are welcome to enjoy the beautiful living environment of this unique area. Visitors to Dandenong Ranges National Park who require a wheelchair, are able to enjoy trails in the park using a motorised all terrain wheelchair - called a TrailRider - available from Grants on Sherbrooke Cafe (bookings required on 03 9755 2888).

Trails around Toolangi, Kinglake and Marysville areas have been affected by the 2009 bushfires. Please be aware of dead canopy and branches, especially in windy conditions.
